We are looking for an Account Manager to join a fast-growing team with a leading client in Wendell, NC. The Account Manager would be responsible for growing existing accounts, and upselling equipment to build their book of business.WHAT WE OFFER:Direct hire opportunityDay shift scheduleOpportunity for growth within the companyWHAT OUR EMPLOYEES DO:Understand sales objectives and set/accomplish individual performance goals accordinglyCommunicate with dealers, Territory Managers, and other clients, providing resolution to sales-related issues and re-evaluating solutions when necessaryClose sale opportunities by executing order fulfillment procedures and provide outstanding customer serviceRecord and track sales activities in CRM database and develop accounts by reviewing dealer''s buying history and market share to suggest top-selling modelsUpdate job knowledge by studying new product descriptions, attend meetings and strategy sessions, and assess competitorsProvide phone support on dealer questions regarding availability, pricing, shipping and invoicing issuesParticipate in corporate and dealer trade shows, developing proposals for current or prospective dealerships to expand market share within assigned territoryPlan and schedule the coordination of truck line and dealer pickupsIncrease business at existing clientsWork with warehouse teams to manage inventory, assist dealers with processing claims and returns, and support Marketing department with scheduling and shipment notificationsProcess orders to fulfill via Solomon and e-commerce while communicating expected delivery date and stock-outsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Minimum of 2-5 years'' experience with BS/BA or equivalent industry experienceProficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel in addition to basic computer knowledgeStrong organization and time management skillsIndividual must be dependable and have superior telephone/communication skillsAbility to articulate and deliver solution based selling techniquesCan work independently as a self-motivated member of a team with contagious positive attitudeAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, co-workers, and dealersDetail oriented, well organized, and have the ability to multi-task in a results oriented business environmentSolomon, CRM and other applications are plus.Ability to travel to client sites 10-15% of the timeTRC Staffing is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
