Analyze and enter policy changes, cancellations, and reinstatements to computer system. Analyze and process Client database changes according to departmental procedures and guidelines. Process and enter miscellaneous policyholder transactions. Become knowledgeable of the company policies and procedures, including work flows. Assist other home office personnel when the need occurs. Maintain weekly production reports and submit to management by specified deadlines. Cross-train in other policy service areas as necessary. Learn various computer applications needed to perform job duties. Attain proficient knowledge of all computer screens applicable to the appropriate lines of business handled by the respective policy service section. Attain proficient knowledge of coverages and rating of appropriate lines of business handled by the respective policy service section.
