Job LinQuest is seeking SETA Management and GEOINT Strategy support for the upcoming NRO GEOINT Engineering and Management Operations (EMO) to support Front Office and day-to-day Directorate operations. Responsibilities: * Strategic development, technical integration, NRO and community outreach, policy and process development and coordination, issue and action resolution, business process management, and training.Required Experience: * BS/BA in business, engineering or related field.* 5-years of GEOINT, program/project managing and customer outreach experience.* Past experiences supporting NRO/NGA mission areas, ground architectures, IT/IA policies and processes, and performing strategic integration across the GEOINT offices across the community.* Past experience supporting TEMS, Reviews and PM Meetings.* Experience developing program plans and strategies, risk assessments, community outreach and giving/supporting presentations.* An active TS/SCI clearance is required to be considered for this position.Desired Experience: * MS/MA in business, engineering or GEOINT field* Past SETA experience within the GEOINT areas supporting NGA and/or NRO* Strong Team Building Skills and Customer Relationships.COVID-19 Compliance Guidelines: As a federal contractor, all LinQuest team members must comply with Executive Order 14042- Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors, which includes mandatory vaccination and ability to provide proof of vaccination status prior to start of employment.
