We offer a wide gamut of consulting solutions customized to our 450+ clients ranging from Fortune 500/1000 to Start-ups across various verticals like Technology, Financial Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Energy, Retail, Telecom, Utilities, Technology, Manufacturing, the Internet, and Engineering.Designs, implements, evaluates and audits project management processes and templates Continuously benchmarks project management performance to identify improvements and achieve higher maturity in project management capability Establishes standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation Develops project plans that include all required artifacts and checkpoints; reviews project proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements and allotment of available departmental resources to various project phases Oversees the development of business requirements which align with the overall objectives and manage scope to plan Conducts risk assessments and mitigations Acts as a coach to junior project staff, executives and others who need assistance and advice regarding project management practices Reviews/approves work plans of external service providers or consultancies contracted to execute project(s) Ensures cross-project dependencies are identified to establish priorities in project completion Ensures early detection of risks and appropriate risk response strategy Identifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones and required activities and tasks Provides leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle; confers with project staff to outline work plan Monitors project activities, ensuring the currency, quality, and integrity of the information while providing consistency in content and ''look and feel'' Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget Develops and provides status reports to stakeholders Manages the entire project life cycle of detailed project plans; develops and delegates project tasks including test plans and acceptance testing Oversees project related communications including, but not limited to, standards, annual project prioritization documents, and executive status reporting Performs risk assessment and implements mitigation plans Monitors project activities, ensuring the currency, quality and integrity of the information, while providing consistency in content and ''look and feel'' across ITS Ensures that project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives Assigns duties, responsibilities and scope of authority to project personnel Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget Creates status reports and distributes them to stakeholders Establishes standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation Designs, implements, evaluates and audits project management processes and templates Acts as a coach to junior project managers, executives and others who need assistance and advice regarding project management practices Reviews project proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements and allotment of available departmental resources to various project phases Reviews/approves work plan of external service provider or consultancy contracted to execute project(s) Conducts risk assessment and mitigation Continuously benchmarks project management performance to identify improvements and achieve higher maturity in project management capability Complexity Plans, leads, organizes, and motivates multiple large, complex enterprise-level projects consisting of multiple teams and/or requiring integration with other activities outside of the project teams scope Works across districts and organizations, interacts with all levels of management and staff Quals-- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience Typically has 5 or more years of IT work experience, including 3 or more years managing projects Requires experience with projects involving multiple technology or functional domains Requires extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of multiple project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques proven track record of successfully implementing projects using agile methodologies Demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams Requires PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification About Net2Source, Inc.
