TS/SCI CI TSCM Officers with Security Clearance

Job Title: CI TSCM Officers Security Clearance Requirements: TS/SCI Location: Washington, DC, St. Louis, MO, Arnold, MO and Denver, CO Duties: Provide support services to customers/SI''s Office of Counter intelligence (SIC) providing Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) for Pre-Construction Surveys, Emergency Surveys, Routine Surveys, and In-Place Monitoring for the N2W construction project. '' Experience/Education: * Experience with analytical problem solving and familiar with conducting TSCM or IPMS investigations and operations. Working knowledge in DoD intelligence regulations and familiar with Intelligence oversight principles. Verbally reports status to more senior personnel, identifies issues and recommends actions. Bachelors or equivalent experience in a related field * Experience with analytical problem solving and familiar with conducting TSCM or IPMS investigations and operations. Working knowledge of Intelligence regulations and Intelligence oversight principles and understanding of geospatial-intelligence products, capabilities, and missions applicable to the CI functions. Publishes finished analysis. Knowledge of DoD/Intelligence/law enforcement communities. Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field 3- 6 years * Experience with analytical problem solving and familiar with conducting TSCM or IPMS investigations and operations. In-depth knowledge of Intelligence regulations and Intelligence oversight principles and understanding of geospatial-intelligence products, capabilities, and missions applicable to the CI functions. Must possess superior writing and briefing skills and publish finished analysis. Credentialed from a recognized counterintelligence training school desired. In addition, TSCM and IPMS Technician positions must: possess a comprehensive knowledge of secure voice/data systems, radio frequency (RF) transmission systems and communication infrastructures; be able to apply standards listed in ICD 705, DoD 5105.21-M-1, and DoD5240.05-M-1 and M-2; have an understanding of TEMPEST requirements; have a working knowledge of NSTISSAM-TEMPEST/2-95; and, have experience with the specific types of TSCM and IPMS systems. Bachelors or equivalent experience in a related field and Successful completion of Interagency Training Center (ITC) TSCM Fundamentals course 7-10 years and Experience must include >3 years in TSCM (Federal Government) environment and experience with the specific types of TSCM and IPMS systems utilized at NCE
