Then the Economic Justice Project (EJP) might be the opportunity for you!The FY 23 budget funds a one-time-only project to create a blueprint for economic justice to guide the County''s policy, program, and investment.This Limited Duration Appointment (LDA) position will work as a member of the MIL (Multnomah Idea Lab) Team in co-creation with advocates and others. This position is budgeted to end on June 30, 2023.The MIL is a team within the Department of County Human Services (DCHS), charged with seeking policy and innovation solutions at the intersection of poverty and race. For details about how we typically screen applications, review our overview of the selection process page.Minimum Qualifications/Transferable Skills*:* Equivalent to a Master''s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in public administration, health administration, business, or social sciences including studies in applied research or evaluation subjects.Professional work at or near the level of this position can substitute year for year for the educational requirement; for example, a four-year degree + two years of experience.* Three (3) additional years of increasingly responsible applied research and/or evaluation experience, including experience leading research or evaluation projectsMultnomah County COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement: To protect the health of the community and employees, Multnomah County requires employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved medical or religious exemption as a qualification of employment.
