Warehouse Associate Counter

Warehouse Associate Counter FULL-TIME $17/hr The Counter Associate will assist customers by answering their product questions, filling orders, and maintaining an orderly workspace as well as warehouse duties; shipping receiving, and stocking merchandise, including operating a forklift to move product. Duties include:• Processing products for sale, including scanning and tagging, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed • Acting as a customer service representative to answer questions about products and services • Helping customers in locating products on the store floor. • Making change for customers and providing them with accurate information about products • Operating a cash register to accurately process transactions • Cleaning and maintaining the store, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing merchandise • Reporting any problems with damaged or defective merchandise, safety hazards, etc. to management • Safely operating machinery such as tractors and forklifts when required. • Following all safety guidelines when operating machinery. • Attending training sessions to maintain knowledge of safety guidelines for machinery operation. • Performing other duties as assigned or required by the company • Working with other team members to ensure a smooth customer experience SEA-01 WS-01 WS-LC Schedule Shift start: 7:00AM or 8:00AM Shift length: 8 hours Monday - Friday Benefits Health, dental, vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) plan Qualifications Must pass drug screen (cannabis included) Must pass background check Can lift 75 lbs Must be at least 18+ years old Current valid driver''s license About Ewing Irrigation and Landscape Supply Ewing is the largest family-owned supplier of landscape and watermanagement products in the country.
