Responsibilities Responsibilities * Serve as the Government''s point of contact for Army ERP program at Picatinny Arsenal NJ. * Provide technical supervision and guidance for all Contractor personnel assigned to the contract. * Lead the Support Contract team in providing best business practices to the program office. * Plans, coordinates, and directs administrative activities, program control, and technical personnel involved in providing services in fulfillment of the contract. * Responsible for the overall management of specific project task ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner. * Oversee all contractual responsibilities and delivery of all contract deliverables. * Ensure an efficient, effective, and economical level of contract support is provided to the program office. * Provide oversight of staff and support activities. * Prepare cost estimates for all phases of acquisition and sustainment programs in support of Cost as an Independent Variable, Reduction in Total Ownership Costs, Life Cycle Cost Analysis, EVM System, and Cost and Economic Analysis. * Interface and coordinate with senior PEO EIS, Department of the Army Headquarters, Major Commands, operational units, test agencies and centers to accomplish assigned tasks * Provide weekly updates to the PD LMP leadership on the status of suspenses during regularly scheduled meetings or via ad hoc requests. * Develop and maintain databases to report program status and other metrics. * Apply integration, communication, coordination, organizational, and planning expertise to technical and acquisition efforts across a broad spectrum of functional disciplines in order to effectively assist in the implementation of program direction. * Assist in milestone planning, tracking, scheduling, briefing preparation, and staff coordination. * Assist in the development and integration of risk management plans and strategies. * Maintain contract costs. Qualifications MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or DAU Level III Project Management Certification * 10 years of management experience * 3 years of experience managing ERP Projects, Acquisition Logistics and Integrated Product Support * 3 years of experience working in a DoD Program Management Office utilizing the acquisition process * Demonstrated experience managing a program delivery team of at least 15 personnel. * 3 years of experience with US Army and US Army logistics * Active Secret clearance required (Top secret eligible) EEO Statement LMI is an Equal Opportunity Employer'' all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin .
