Mixed Signals Engineer with Security Clearance

We are seeking a Senior Mixed Signal Engineer that would have experience in the maturation of design approaches, spanning the full design cycle: early-stage design planning through incorporation of feedback from testing into improvements in design methodologies. The ideal candidate will be required to apply expertise to both design and testing of classical superconducting electronics, including gaining a familiarity with a range of design tools that can be used for simulating and laying out circuits, methods for reducing power dissipation and sensitivity to trapped flux and methods for efficient testing/debugging of circuits. Required skills: * Must be a US Citizen* TS/SCI clearance with polygraph* A Bachelors Degree and 10-15 years of experience required. A Masters degree or higher may be substituted for experience.Expertise is required in at least two of the following areas: * High-speed (1+ GHz), low-noise, mixed signals (analogue and digital) circuit design to include the chip, board and packaging;* Adaptation/customization of design tools spanning schematic design, layout and verification;* Design into early-stage or relatively immature integrated circuit processes.
