Reporting into the Enterprise Technology Services Manager, you will deliver an extraordinary customer experience and IT support to the Distribution teams. During any issues, outages or major incidents you would collaborate with the Incident Management team to assist with resolution. We are small, mighty, which allows you to learn new things and build your skills while working with an awesome team!Let''s talk about the role:Zebra label printers, RF barcode scanners setup/configurationWarehouse management system (WMS, WCS) knowledgeActive Directory/Exchange ManagementOnsite support at our Moreno Valley distribution centerPhone and Ticket support globallySCCM imaging of machinesOn-call rotationSupport Audio/Visual and conference rooms, support hardware and network systems, phone, and video conference equipmentCollaborate with in a global teamPerforms other project and duties as assignedLet''s talk about you:Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the support of Microsoft desktop operating systems and applications suites in a Windows 10 and Mac environment.
