Let''s build brilliant together. DUTIES: Algorithmic Development: Understanding, implementation and application of state-of-the-art algorithms that will power retail-oriented AI applications. Areas to tackle include Supervised Machine Learning, Unsupervised Machine Learning, Data Mining, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Big Data.Software Engineering: Contribute and integrate all efforts into a team-wide platform using best-of-class and scalable software engineering practices.Big Data analysis: Application of statistical techniques to gather insights from enterprise and experimental data in order to support strategic decisions of his/her core team. Application of data analysis on "Big Data" across various structured and un-structured platforms.Research: Ability to understand the state of the art in Machine Learning and Data Mining, to analytically compare different solutions and collaborate in the selection of appropriate techniques to solve a domain specific problem. Ability to develop novel algorithms in the field when / if necessary.Mentor: Mentor cross functional collaborators or lesser experienced team members in the use AI / ML / NLP methodologies and techniques.Product Innovation: Active participation on product R&D activities. Identify and suggest features for new prototypes that showcase relevant technical solutions in order to achieve business munication: Present technical results to their core team and other tech teams of the same department.Project management: Short-term planning of the projects at hand, identifying and ordering tasks, while providing accurate time estimations for them. Aid the leads in the definition of tasks and project requirements. Implement and document tasks according to pre-defined requirements.Collaborate: Support cross-functional partners in the use of field specific methodologies and techniques. REQUIREMENTS: Master''s degree in Computer Science, or related. Four (4) years of required experience in Software Engineering, or related, must include (Employer will accept experience and skills pre or post Master''s degree): One (1) year of experience with Machine Learning and/or Data Science.
