Shaved Ice Food Truck

Professional, Customer Service Based Shave Ice Company looking for Part-Time Employee: SHIFTS Saturdays and Sundays are necessary. Hours range from 10 - 25 hours a week on average based on events scheduled and tournament needs. Schedule varies week by week. Shift is Saturday and Sunday at Peoria Parks between 9a and 7p Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 4:30p - 10p If you are at least 25 years of age and are able or willing to drive the trailer to events it can be 15 - 30 hours a week adding in, Monday - Friday customer/event needs. Most events are between the hours of 9a and 10p, but not all day. We are a professional concession business that is looking to hire a reliable, hardworking, and fast-paced individual. Customer service is our main focus and the same is expected of our great team. We have been in business for over 13 years and continue to grow significantly each year. This position is for our shaved ice trailer working the weekends where the shave ice trailer is parked at either Pioneer Community Park in the baseball fields, or at Peoria Sports Complex at the practice fields, unless an event is scheduled. REQUIRED TO HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION. Shaved Ice Trailer Job Description - Transport trailer/equipment to event (IF DRIVING) - Make quality shaved ice (training once hired) - Work independently - Assist customers with purchases in a friendly and efficient manner. - Collect payment - Maintain your workspace by assuring it is always VERY clean and organized (since we are working with food). - Maintain the outside appearance by wiping down any spills, cleaning any garbage in the area, and maintaining the signs. - Due to the nature of the business you are not always able to walk away from your stand so please be aware that smoke breaks are not available. - Fill-out and maintain the proper daily paperwork.
