Senior Cyber Functional Analyst with Security Clearance

Overview BigBear.ai is seeking a Senior Cyber Functional Analyst in Arlington, VA. This position will support NuWave Solutions, a BigBear.ai company. What you will do * Interfacing with stakeholders to gather functional requirements * Documenting approved requirements to implement system capabilities * Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects * Understand and apply integrated principles, practices, and competencies for Lean, Agile, and DevOps (SAFe) * Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings * Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements * Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management * Coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) * Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures * Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and end users * Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies * Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, recommending areas of improvement, and developing and implementing solutions * Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements * Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff What you need to have * Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Secret clearance * Bachelor''s Degree in business or similar field of study * 5+ years of prior Army Staff (e.g. HQDA, FORSCOM, etc.) experience * Familiarity with Agile Methodology and/or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) * Experience using Atlassian, specifically Jira (requirements) and Confluence (documentation) * Ability to work with stakeholders to determine best-practice solutions * Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills * Excellent documentation skills * Experience creating detailed reports and providing presentations/briefings to a * Competency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Planning, organizational, and time management skills What we''d like you to have * 10+ years of prior Army Staff experience * Experience with or knowledge of current G-3/5/7 Cyber-related efforts (Cyber Readiness Framework, Cyber Data Fusion, etc.) * Experience with DRRS-A, DRRS-S, and other Army IT Systems * Completion of Army Force Management School (AFMS) How the Army Runs Course * Functional Area 50 (Force Management) or Career Program 26 (Manpower and Force Management) qualification * Master''s Degree About BigBear.ai BigBear.ai delivers AI-powered analytics and cyber engineering solutions to support mission-critical operations and decision-making in complex, real-world environments.
