Logistics Analyst Job Category: Logistics Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Top Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 25% Type of Travel: Local What You''ll Get to Do: * Coordinate logistics activities with internal and external clients and exhibit comprehensive knowledge related to vast CONUS and OCONUS assignments.* Conduct/Monitor/Analyze Materiel Movement in COLTS.* Maintain multiple databases for the Silent Dagger Department including complex and confidential information.* Verify serial numbers and part number association to physical equipment. Open, track, and update material hardware and configurations via work orders within customer database for all applicable equipment within the SOCS Silent Dagger program. * Assist Component Service Representatives in verifying and providing accurate addresses for assets to include updating DLADS, SYSTEM and CCI/COMSEC Workflow on the customer portal. Work closely with Warehouse to ensure equipment will meet RDD given and leaves the facility on time. * Ensure the program DLADS tracker is up to date with the of list equipment returning to the Depot location. Maintain communications with the maintenance team to ensure they are tracking equipment that needs to be de-configured / tested / demilitarized. Ensure that inventories are uploaded to the IPT customer portal to start the DLADs workflow. * Provide support for customer TDOC workflow with filling out MIL-STD accountability documentation (1149/DD250). * Provide response to customer and/or CACI management data-calls in a timely manner. * Populate Materiel Data Spreadsheets* Update CACI/NIWC/SOCOM Inventory Trackers* Develop Maintenance & Utilization Work Plans, Work Orders, Asset Utilization for SD.* Materiel Management Inventory, Requisition and Contract Management, OM&S Accounting, and In-transit Tracking.* Maintenance and utilization tracking down systems and parts.* Contextual help with the database by answering phone calls and emails* Process and file fielding paperwork as needed.* Assist in the development and tailoring of logistics plans, reports, records, information technology documentation, and other acquisition documentation You''ll Bring These Qualifications: * Employee must have a solid working knowledge Microsoft Applications and DoD Logistics Guidelines.* Possess a good working knowledge of COLTs and government forms DD 1149, DA 1348, DA 2062, DA 3161, DD-250.* Excellent communication skills are a must, this includes both verbal and written.* Experience working with integrated teams of staff, contractors and government customers supporting the same project and dealing with multiple sets of reporting requirements.* Must be team oriented and familiar with Government Procurement practices. * Organized and Proficient in working in a fast-paced environment while multitasking under stringent deadlines* Must have the ability to work independently with skill to prioritize tasks.* Proficient in SharePoint* Has or is able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.* Must be able to work 40 hours a week; Must be able to follow directions, be team oriented and be able to work with limited or no management oversite.
