Responsibilities Empower AI: As the Program Manager - Senior, you will be a key member of the Empower AI team supporting Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE). The CCOE is the U.S. Army''s force modernization proponent for Cyberspace Operations, Signal/Communications Networks and Information Services, and Electronic Warfare (EW), and is responsible for developing related doctrine, organizational, training, materiel, leadership/education, personnel, and facility solutions. A major aspect of the CCoE''s mission is the training, education, and development of world-class, highly skilled Signal, Cyber, and EW professionals supporting operations at the strategic, operational, and tactical level. You will be part of a team that provides IT services support to all of the CCoE''s training and administrative platforms inclusive of but not limited to Cyber Security, Risk Management Framework (RMF), System Administration, Server Administration, System Engineering, Virtualization, Web Development, Automation, programming/coding support, continuity of operations, and Service Desk functions. These services support approximately 24,000+ end points consisting of physical and virtual servers, access points, wireless controllers, switches, and routers that provide classroom as a service using technologies such as VDI-MILS and Virtualization Technologies. Highlights of Responsibilities: The Program Manager shall be the main point of contract for this contract and must have the ability to resolve issues in direct coordination with the COR. The Program Manager shall communicate project needs, coordinate project efforts, provide process improvements thru the Quality Control Plan, and resolve scheduling issues. Additionally, the Program Manager shall ensure employees under this contract are evaluated and demonstrate subject matter expertise in various IT Security policies, hardware, software, and communication technologies. * Program management and administrative tasks to ensure the requirements of the contract are met and to ensure the contractor adequately controls and supervises all personnel who perform services under this contract. * The program manager shall be the key point of contact for this contract. * Must be the focal point for all issues and shall keep the Government fully informed, both verbally and in writing. * Communicate project needs, goals, and milestones with appropriate Division Chiefs, Senior Management and Team members. * Proactively manage contract projects and scheduling issues. * Provide project coordination and process improvements through the Quality Control Plan. * Ensure employees under this contract are evaluated and demonstrate subject matter expertise in various IT Security policies, hardware, software, and communication technologies. * Supervise contractor employees and communicate job expectations.
