Maintenance Technician $2500 Hiring Bonus!

KMG Prestige is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Akron who enjoys new challenges, takes pride in their work, and is detail oriented. The ideal candidate will strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and timely service requests. Maintenance Technicians are responsible for a wide array of tasks, including but not limited to: the overall maintenance of the apartment communities, developing preventative maintenance programs, responding to service requests, and apartment turns.
