Position : BA with Technical Writer Location: Dallas, TXExperience - 10+ yearsWork from office from day oneJob Description:The Business Analyst - Technical Writer role requires excellent skills in communications, technical writing, understanding of business requirements,. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor''s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience in business analysis, and documenting business processing system.This is a hands-on role, please submit few technical writing samples along with resumeKey ResponsibilitiesInteract with the business stakeholders, scrum team to understand the business processes, functions, and capabilities being requested of the system.An ability to analyze business requirements and translating those into user stories and acceptance criteria.An ability to create diagrams, process flows, and screen mockups as needed.An ability to understand system functionality - concept, navigation, field functions, button functions and so on.Translate business and technical requirement documentation into easily understood descriptions of system functionality for use by the business units.Verify that the delivered system changes match the business requirements.Identify, document, and communicate any system issues encountered.Create and maintain user guide, training material, and release notes of the system. This encompasses general descriptions, procedures, screen level and field level details.Ability to train business users w.r.t system or new features as neededCommunicate with cross-functional teams to obtain information, resolve problems, and ensure timely reviews.Write technically accurate, and grammatically correct information.Previous Experience10 or more years of overall experience in business analysis and technical writingExperience working in agile environmentExperience in Insurance is a nice to haveSkillsFluency in EnglishStrong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills - provided by Dice
