Mission Specialist - Intelligence Officer Coverent is seeking experienced Intelligence Officers to join our growing company. Qualified candidates are expected to use U.S. Government databases to write intelligence reports, conduct in-depth research, perform rigorous time sensitive projects, plan and conduct certain tasks, and fill in intelligence gaps as they arise. Successful candidates in this position will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the intelligence community and directly contribute to processes that shape government policy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining situational awareness of global and worldwide national security events that drives intelligence production. Position Responsibilities * Work in a team environment to help maximize the impact of resources in support of United States interests while producing all-Source intelligence research and analysis * Conduct research and understand targets, how they operate, and how they fit in the larger Geopolitical landscape. This involves applying new techniques and developing creative solutions while addressing analytical problems * Drive collection operations through written products and briefings * Identify and evaluate possible counterintelligence concerns * Regularly produced a range of sophisticated short- and longer-term analytic products which provided close analytic support to United States policymakers * Manage multiple research projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Correlate and visualize threat data from various sources * Develops and maintains analytical requirements and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency of operations. * Project planning to include operational concept development, stakeholder engagement, and implementation of the operation * Preparation and presentation of written and oral to all levels of customer management * Potential for advanced training and TDY travel Required Qualifications * U.S. Citizenship * Active TS/SCI Clearance w/poly * Bachelor''s degree and minimum 2 years relevant experience within the sponsor''s organization or other relevant organization(s) in the Intelligence Community * Excellent writing and communications skills * Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities * Knowledge of and experience in the fundamentals of all-source intelligence analysis * Familiarity with the customer''s report writing standards and databases * Strong attention to detail * High degree of personal integrity * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team * Ability to work in a dynamic environment, juggling concurrent tasks and meeting deadlines Desired Qualifications * Familiarity with various Intelligence Community partners and their operations * Proficiency with software and databases used in support of research and analysis for the U.S. Government * A firm understanding of the communications environment and technology trends of foreign targets At Coverent, we are committed to a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture.
