Our employees go home in the same condition they came to work.How you will spend your day as an Account Coordinator: Responds to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, requests for prices and quotations, complaints and scheduling of deliveries and installations, and providing customer follow-ups. Initiative telephone calls to customers to confirm and specify details on sales orders. Coordinates purchase and delivery of special products. Obtains information on pricing specifications, uses and availability. Codes and inputs customer orders, pricing information and additional data into the computer system. Creates sales tickets. Maintains stock levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom. Researches credits, returns, and late payments as needed. Complies with Company''s attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance. Other duties as assigned by location management.We want you to build your career with us! Can you check all of these boxes?Account Coordinator Requirements: Special Skills. Ability to operate computer, calculator and cash register. Technical Skills. Computer Experience using MS Office Products. Knowledge. Previous building material knowledge. (Preferred). Licenses. Must hold a clear and valid driver''s license. Communication. Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills (Required). Education. Some college in Business (Preferred) or equivalent in experience. Sales Experience. We''re open to training candidates with experience in sales, marketing, or building materials! Physical Demands. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and up to 50 lbs on a random basis. Teamwork.
