Security Operations Consultant with Security Clearance

SAIC is looking for a Security Operations (SecOps) consultant to help provide the provisioning of functional specialist/advisory support on SecOps for the OSP - Mission Development Division. The ideal candidate would have a strong background with internet technologies and datasets to include Internet Protocols (IP), web-scraping, Internet-of-Things (IoT) search capabilities like Shodan, advertising technology datasets, and the ability to use programming to make bulk searches and pulls from open source and commercial datasets. Basic familiarity with satellite imagery or remote sensing. The candidate will also need to perform assessments of network data within a CAP/SAP environment to support geospatial intelligence solutions to customers and advise leadership of intelligence issues and challenges as appropriate. Perform data analysis to identify technical limitations or defects and prototype possible solutions. Document findings and suggest or implement designs. Engage with users to understand their needs as well as the analytic strengths and shortcomings of developed solutions to enhance the quality of products being delivered. Process/manipulate sensitive intelligence data and provide recommended courses of action to process data to provide additional analytic utility beyond manual exploitation. The candidate will exercise their oral and written communication skills to collaborate and interact with analysts within the customer agency and with their customers. Create, edit, research, evaluate, analyze, and fuse data from multiple sources and datasets to support current and finished solutions. Duties include cyber-network analysis to develop and identify imagery-tailored analytic solutions for various customers within the IC. Designs, develops, and consults on exploitation of sensitive data sets. Perform technical analysis of computer network metadata and content to develop analytic solutions. The candidate will have background in cyber defense/warfare as well as being versed in international threats and capabilities. If you have a many or all of these skills, we would like to talk to you.
