As a scrum master, you know the importance of Agile best practices and how to combat challenges early to get work done. We need a scrum master like you to help us accomplish critical projects that''ll make time sensitive policy decisions. On our team, you''ll coach a development team to their highest performance level, while ensuring the scrum project is successfully progressed. You''ll ensure scrum principles and approaches are understood correctly by the team and key stakeholders. Using tools like Confluence or Jira you''ll strengthen sustainable process improvements to help your team accomplish focus on sprint goals, ensuring the project is successfully progressed. In this role, you''ll directly impact the Intelligence Community by providing expertise with Atlassian tools such as Confluence and Jira, assisting in tracking the execution of features and capabilities. In addition you''ll provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks, managing and optimizing the flow of value through the ART using various tools and overseeing and coordinating the work of all Services and Development activities, escalate and track impediments while encouraging collaboration between teams and System and Solution Architects/Engineering. This is an opportunity to grow your experience in scrum software development, IT project management, and tactical planning/delivery while working with Program Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment in successfully delivering project solutions that will impact the Intelligence Community. You Have: * 3+ years of experience with Agile projects* Experience with gathering, documenting, and translating stakeholder needs into requirements* TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph* HS Diploma or GED with 9+ years of experience with information technology or Bachelor''s Degree with 7+ years of experience with information technology Nice If You Have: * 3+ years of experience working Agile projects within the Commercial Cloud Services (C2S) / Commercial Cloud Enterprise (C2E) environment* 1+ year of experience as a RTE supporting enterprise COTS applications* Experience with leading the facilitating requirement gathering and prioritization sessions while translating stakeholder needs into requirements documentation* Knowledge of DevSecOps* Agile Certified Practitioner PMI-ACP or SAFe Scaled Agilist certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
