Belvoir, VA REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Minimum eight years of total experience serving as an intelligence analyst or criminal intelligence analyst. * Formulates/defines research and development scope and objectives for assigned projects. * Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems * Prepares detailed specifications from which research programs will be written. Has full technical knowledge of all phases of research application analysis and programming. * Has good understanding of research analysis techniques and ability to apply them. * Experience conducting all-source analysis and in producing all-source analysis products * Personnel shall have operational experience, knowledge, and capability with the following databases, systems, and analytical toolsets: Tripwire Analytic Capability (TAC) - not less than two analysts have training and a minimum two years of experience with TAC, Multimedia Message Manager (M3), Query Tree, Harmony (4years experience), Collection Requirements Analysis Tool for the Enterprise (CRATE), HUMINT On-Line Tasking and Reporting (HOTR), Open Source Collection, Requirement Acquisition Management System (OSCAR-MS), National SIGINT Requirement Process (NSRP), National MASINT Requirement Process (NMRS), Community On-Line Intelligence System for End Users and Managers (COLISEUM), Palantir, Analyst Notebook (8years experience) , Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). HIGHLY DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Familiarity and capability with Law Enforcement On-Line (LEO) tools (e.g., eGuardian), Army Law Enforcement Reporting and Tracking System (ALERTS), Investigative Information Management System - Second Generation (I2G), Law Enforcement Advisory Portal (LEAP) and Law Enforcement Enterprise Portal (LEEP), Terrorist Identities Datamart Environment (TIDE), Biometric Identity Intelligence Repository (BI2R), Lexis Nexis, DoD Employee Interactive Database System (DEIDS), Army Knowledge On-Line, USACIDC Law Enforcement Portal (LEAP), Detainee Reporting System (DRS) IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a Best Athlete Selection Process!
