Master Scheduler with Security Clearance

Job Summary: KBR is searching for a Master Scheduler in Huntsville, AL to join our team. In this role, the successful applicant will be responsible for applying their knowledge and experience with schedule and schedule risk analysis to support current and future PEO Aviation Operational needs. Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and analyze contractor and subcontractor integrated master schedules and perform schedule diagnostic health assessments, trend analysis, schedule realism analysis, schedule risk analysis, and EVMS analysis as require on complex aviation and software-intensive programs. Additional responsibilities include: * Assists the KBR Program Manager in coordinating and briefing project information as required* Assists in understanding contractual requirements / deliverable to ensure successful contract performance and execution. Qualifications and Skills Required: * Bachelor''s Degree in any field of study. * Minimum ten (10) years of experience in schedule analysis, EVM and Government contracting principles and practices* Ability to assess program schedule critical paths & schedule margin erosion* Ability to perform schedule diagnostic and schedule health assessments* Understand correlation of contractor status to various technical performance metrics and to assess alignment with objective performance measures (BCWP) in support of predicative schedule forecasts and estimates at complete (EACs)* Exercising sound judgment and discretion, possess ability to work on, and collaborate with, cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams to perform analysis* Effective organizational and communication skills in writing, oral and briefings, as well as proficiency in the use of standard office systems and software products such as Microsoft Office* Secret Security Clearance is required As a Plus (+) but not required: Experience in the areas of: * 5- 10 years direct experience with Army aviation engineering/integration activities* Possess basic working or functional knowledge of schedule analysis tools such as Full Monte, Milestones Pro, MS Project, or equivalent* Experience supporting Army aviation customer in Huntsville, AL* Experience with Army Rotary Wing technology insertion
