HOME HEALTH RN - FULL TIME

Initiates and/or provides skilled nursing services directed toward treatment of the client''s illness or rehabilitative care. Makes initial assessment, confers with the client''s provider in the development of the Plan of Care, and implements and revises nursing and personal care components of the Care Plan for clients.Current Indiana RN license required.
