This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of the clinic with direct supervision of clinic staff members. This position will address personnel, production, and system issues and is responsible for overseeing and supporting the continued development of the clinic.Essential Job Responsibilities* Provide leadership and direction in accordance with organization goals and objectives* Promote team building, trust, and respect in every aspect of the organization* Provide education and training to staff members and assist with cross-training* Ensure clinic is properly staffed through effective scheduling techniques* Assist in the development and implementation of short and long-term goals for the clinic* Completes reports and statistics as requested in a timely manner* Effectively handles office needs regarding equipment, space, moves, signage, cleaning, PPE, lab supplies etc.* Ensure that all Washington Regional policies and procedures are effectively communicated to and implemented by all staff* Participate in recruitment efforts including interviewing, hiring, and handling complex personnel issues* Ensure quality of care through direct supervision and feedback* Maintain culture of safety and recommends workflow changes, as appropriate* Develop, justify, and maintain a fiscal plan for the practice* Monitor operating expenses and provide appropriate reports to administrationQualifications* Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED* Licensure and Certifications: Valid driver''s license and auto liability insurance, required.* Experience: Minimum 2 years'' experience in a supervisory and/or leadership role, required.
