We manage the optimization and operations of key global programs across the employee lifecycle. We care deeply about ensuring a best in class and most impactful experience for our employees, in alignment with the larger business and organizational strategy.About the role:* The Senior Recruiting Operations Manager will lead a global team of highly skilled specialists who keep the recruiting operations running smoothly and aim to create an incredible candidate and employee experience.* Using human-centered design thinking, optimize and scale processes through process redesign, operating model design, automation, system integration or adoption to build a seamless and timely candidate and employee experience and improve operational efficiency.* Design and manage the strategic process delivery roadmap including continuous improvement projects, enhancement prioritization and success measures and outcomes.* Develop and operationalize reporting and analytics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of end to end processes.* Be responsible for the delivery of services for program area, both via direct and indirect reporting lines.* Identify gaps between global and regional processes and build plans to harmonize and scale with local nuances and needs front and center.* Lead program objectives, metrics, and priorities and ensure ongoing updates and communication to partner teams* Build business cases to quantify the cost and value of process opportunities, technology and resourcing to advocate for funding as necessary* This role will influence and facilitate key stakeholders across the globe to understand business process and define the strategic roadmap for their concerned area.* Seamlessly partner with and influence various teams from within and beyond the People Services team.* Lead organizational change and partner management for program initiative implementation.* Develop the knowledge and expertise in the systems related to your program(s), including third-party systems and integrations in partnership with Business Technology* Maintain documentation and standard methodologies on program process maps, templates, and workflows.* Identify, track, and raise issues and risks related to program initiatives.* Operate in a highly matrixed environment, participating on several leadership and initiative based teams simultaneously* Have responsibility for compliance activities* Develop knowledge, expertise and skills needed to take on additional and increasingly more complex COE workRequirements* Must be able to commute to either the Atlanta or Indianapolis office, role is office flexible.* Bachelors degree required.* 7+ years of experience in HR operations/shared services, (HR) strategy, process improvement or similar areas with a focus ion Recruiting operations.* Minimum of 5 years of prior leadership experience managing multiple teams.* Experience in human centered design and/or service delivery design* Expertise in managing large, complex projects.* Experience with Workday or similar HRIS and case management systems highly desired.* Experience with Position Management is highly desired* Experience working with a global team is desirable* Demonstrated track record of developing effective relationships across all levels of the organization and with diverse internal customer groups* Ability to lead major initiatives across a diverse, geographically dispersed, multicultural environment* Collaborates with all stakeholders to identify risks and issues that may not be visible at the task level but impact the overall project or broader scope* Excel in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
