Our pledge to you is stability, opportunity, and clear-sighted commitment to the mission The Space & Intelligence Division provide Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) support to space and nuclear weapon system programs; Modeling, simulation, and analysis for Combatant Commands and other space or nuclear war-fighting entities; and Full spectrum Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) and Advisory and Assistance support for DoD space and nuclear operations clients. SPA has an immediate need for an Information Operations planner at US Strategic Command, Offutt AFB, NE. Responsibilities The primary purpose of this position is to serve as an Information Operations Officer within USSTRATCOM J39 tasked with providing expert mission analysis, analytic problem solving, targeting and assessments of information operations; creative use of information systems and information related capabilities; and integration with the intelligence community. Integrates information operations with other USSTRATCOM directorates'' operations, activities and investments as well as Global Combatant Commands. Provides strategic and operational level expertise in support of the development of USSTRATCOM operational plans and orders. Provides continuous development and maintenance of portions of USSTRATCOM policy, planning, and analytic products. Supports product development efforts by integrating campaign plans into strategic level concepts as well as exercise and real world operations. Assists with studies and assessments of USSTRATCOM IO. Facilitates recommended COAs to increase operational efficiencies across USSTRATCOM. Qualifications Required Qualifications: * Bachelor''s Degree * Minimum of 3 years experience in planning Information Operations at the operational level * Must maintain a Top Secret (TS) Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance with eligibility for Nuclear Command and Control - Extremely Sensitive Information (NC2-ESI), North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and Special Access Required (SAR) classified material.* In-depth knowledge of joint war-fighting doctrine, unified CCMD structure, JPP, and global command and control constructs with application to joint IO Desired Qualifications: * 5-10 years'' experience planning Information Operations at the operational level. * Experience in related specialties such as Military Information Support Operations (MISO), Public Affairs (PA), and/or Tech Ops/Special Programs. Experience in MILDEC, Operationalized OPSEC, Signature Management, Special Access Programs, and Information Environment Assessment* Training such as Joint Information Operations Planner''s Course, Information Operations Qualification Course, Information Operations Orientation Course, MAGTF Information Operations Practitioners Course (Intermediate or Advanced), IO Capabilities Application and Planning Course, Psychological Operations Qualification Course, Navy Information Operations Planning Course or civilian marketing equivalent
