AvMC is the Army''s focal point for providing research, development and engineering technology and services for aviation and missile platforms across the life cycle. Responsibilities: * Provide support for AvMC''s infrastructure for audio, voice, and visual communications systems * Provide technical solutions and support for Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) telephone system infrastructure, VOIP endpoints, and Video Teleconference (VTC) systems * Maintain the VOIP server management console, support user account provisioning, and provide support for end user equipment issues * Provide technical solutions and support for digital media solutions that securely deliver live corporate content (e.g., Town Hall video feeds), FM radio, and broadcast cable television channels to AvMC personnel * Provide technical solutions and support for digital signage capabilities * Provide technical solutions and support for Closed Circuit TV (CCTV) security systems * Provide technical solutions and support for classified telecommunications equipment and telecommunications equipment for special needs employees * Document and provide the data, Standard Operating Procedures, and similar information needs to assist with the maintenance and System Administration of audio, voice, and visual communication capabilities * Provide phone support for internal users Requirements: * BS/BA in related field * 8 years of related work experience * DoD 8570 Level II/III certification * DoD Secret clearance IPT Associates, LLC is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
