Oracle Report Developer - REMOTE OH, Dayton 45431 Security Clearance: U.S. Citizen, Current Security Clearance, Secret Skills: Oracle Discoverer, OBIEE, PL/SQL, Agile, DEAMS Oracle Report Developer - REMOTE Location: Remote from a U.S. based location We are recruiting for an Oracle Report Developer to support a DoD program. This position requires experience working with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) reports and the ability to develop and support Discoverer requirements. Expertise with reports development and experience working with Oracle Business Intelligence and ability to write SQL code is required. Role and duties include: * Work collaboratively with Reports team and interact with other Integrated Process Teams (IPTs) * Participate in IPTs and process improvement workshops * Support project governance * Provide ongoing analysis of reports and develop solutions and documentation to bridge gaps and enhance processes * Provide reporting support for business development including developing and modifying OBIEE reports to meet stakeholder requirements * Work alongside project teams and stakeholders to define requirements and provide functional and technical design document reviews * Support testing and engage with stakeholders and developers to ensure test scenarios are successfully executed * Optimize reports using SQL * Perform ad hoc query research and analysis * Review help desk tickets and support problem solving and analysis for help desk escalations to determine design change requirements * Other duties to support reporting team, as assigned * Support business travel, as required Requirements include: * U.S. citizenship * Current Secret security clearance * Bachelor''s degree * 3+ years of reports development experience working in a collaborative environment following Agile practices including: * Programming experience using PL/SQL * Expertise using SQL with Oracle databases * Experience working with OBIEE and/or Oracle Discoverer * Experience working in an Agile software development environment and understanding of Agile/Scrum practices * Experience analyzing reporting errors and determine cause (systemic or operational) * Experience with query optimization and performance tuning * Experience participating in working group sessions and process improvement teams * Demonstrated analytical and problem solving abilities * Effective written and verbal communication skills to work across cross-functional teams in a blended government and contractor environment * Availability to travel, as required. Desired experience includes: * Experience and familiarity with DEAMS and/or Air Force Financial Management systems * Experience with financial management functions including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, Projects, and Fixed Assets * SAFe certification CB CJ .
