Basic Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience with communication principles and theory in spectrum management and CONUS and OCONUS spectrum assignment processes* Experience with joint electromagnetic spectrum operations* Knowledge of U.S. Strategic Command mission areas* Ability to work individually or part of a team* TS/SCI clearance* HS diploma or GED* Graduate of the Spectrum Operations Apprentice Course or the Electromagnetic Spectrum Manager Course Additional Qualifications: * Experience with supporting planning and operations from tactical to strategic level of operations* Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills* Bachelor''s degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance required.
