Manages the RTI Mail Center with responsibility for outgoing client billing, inter-office correspondence, in-house copy center and staff. Responsible for assisting with the ongoing maintenance and building environmental conditions. Assist in managing the environmental requirements of RTI''s Data Center and the physical security of the buildings and staff. Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity /quality standards.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage Facilitiy and Mail Center supervisor and employees Assist with the management of and communication with Post Office and lock box vendor staff to maintain the 450+ client PO Boxes that support RTI''s lockbox service Interact with Client Services and Practice Administration to support the acquisition, printing and delivery of over 10,000,000 client forms annually Assisting with the planning of departmental reconfiguration and renovations Hire, train, motivate and coach employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assessing employee performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities Review staff performance, conduct performance evaluations and implement corrective action Maintain high level of both written and oral communication with internal departments, as well as with outside client contacts and any other insurance plan or agency provider Obtain clarification of policy whenever necessary and may use the resources available through the Compliance, Human Resources or Legal Department to do so Other duties as assignedQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills Time and project management skills Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members.Education/Experience: High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Associates Degree or bachelors degree preferred in Business, Management or Healthcare related field 3 years of Facility related experience and Engineering or property and building mechanical skills required Minimum one year supervisory experienceComputer Skills:To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of: Microsoft Office Bank lockbox and reporting systems Timekeeping, Payroll, Human Resource Information System tools (e.g.,Kronos, Oracle)If you are ready to join an exciting, progressive company and have a strong work ethic, join our team of experts!
