Join a team of employees with a history of career advancement.We are seeking for highly skilled and experienced Service Technicians to join our GO professionals to join our Roving Maintenance Team for the Georgia Region (Property Locations: Atlanta, Duluth and McDonough). We are offering a $1,000 signing bonus and up to 50% off in rental discounts. The Roving Service Technicians will be responsible for maintenance operations, work orders and other needs for various properties and for exceeding GoldOller''s Gold Standard of Service as it relates to resident and customer satisfaction. Above all else, the spirit of teamwork and cooperation with other team members will not only improve the job you do but enhance the entire work experience. Duties and Responsibilities:Maintain the upkeep and maintenance of the building and grounds during assignment period.Provide excellent customer service to all current and future residents.Performs regular maintenance of residential apartment homes and other areas on the property.Performs small appliance, plumbing, electrical and other repairs in residential apartment homes and other areas on the stallation and removal of home appliances and various flooring.Physically walk and inspect assigned property, including vacant units. Conduct property inspections, including move in, housekeeping, and grounds to assure adherence to established volvement in Capex projects.Ensure service requests are responded to within 24 hours and communicate with the resident when the issue cannot be resolved in a timely manner.Be available for emergency calls and respond to those according to GoldOller''s policy on after-hour emergency calls.Skill Requirements:Possess strong multi-tasking and organizational municate effectively, both verbally and in writing.Able to push, pull and lift over 80lbs.Able stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time.Able to adjust to change as location and assignments will vary.Position Requirements:Education: High school diploma or GED, required.Experience: Minimum of two years of maintenance experience, required.Experience in residential property management or combination of education and experience, preferred.Experience with electrical, plumbing and HVAC.EPA Certification, required.Possession of personal tools, required.Possession of personal vehicle, required.Able to work weekends, as needed, requiredAble to travel and stay overnight, as needed.visit to learn more!
