Ideal candidates will have shop or dealership experience, but we will train motivated candidates with basic mechanical knowledge!Successful Service Shop Assistants are ambitious problem-solvers and skilled multi-taskers who thrive in a fast-paced environment. We value our employees and invest in their success.We offer: $13 - $15 per hour depending on experience!Monday - FridayFull-time positionMedical Benefits401(k)Paid Vacation Responsibilities - Service Shop Assistant:Responsible for cleaning and organizing the service shops and the client receiving area.Empty trash and used oil for collection.Assist technicians with test drives and moving of vehicles to different stages of repair and completion.Assist service advisors with morning and afternoon pickups and deliveries.Fast-paced environmentMust be able to lift at least 50lbsMust be 21 or over with a valid driver''s license. Qualifications/Requirements - Service Shop Assistant:Previous Dealership or Shop experience is preferred!Sales or Customer Service experience in any industry is a plus!General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations is preferredGood customer service and communication skillsWorks well in a fast-paced environmentProfessional appearance and a positive attitudeGood work ethic and computer skillsProven track record.Strong record of positive CSI results.Valid driver''s license with a good driving record.Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
