In this role, you will handle a sophisticated set of processing systems while building a new generation of highly-available processing platforms capable of analyzing the risk data associated with millions of hardware and software assets in real-time. You will then provide business intelligence workflows on the risk data, including prescriptive insights into vulnerability source and recommended remediation, API access to risk/vulnerability data feeds, and remediation campaigns workflows demonstrating customer notifications systems.Responsibilities* Develop vision and roadmap, including short- and long-term product strategies, for scalable data processing platforms for risk analysis* Engage customers, partners and internal stakeholders to determine business requirements, technical considerations and strategic objectives for vulnerability/risk disclosure.* Collaborate with PM, engineering and operations peers to deliver strategic and tactical plans and objectives for the public cloud programs.* Maintain the existing analytics platforms and support their associated SLAs in data processing/accuracy/freshness.* Drive design and implementation of innovative distributed software platforms for processing, storing, analyzing and disclosing vulnerability/risk data across Salesforce software and hardware assets, in private and public clouds.* Hire, train and assess the performance of direct reports according to corporate policies and procedures.* Work effectively as part of a geographically distributed teamRequired Skills/Experience* Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science or related field* Industry experience. 10+ years of experience in product management, including:* 5+ years experience in SaaS, PaaS or IaaS product management* 5+ years experience in a high-availability 24/7 environment (cloud platforms are a plus)* Management experience. 5+ years of people management experience (5-15 people in the org).* Product & Program Strategy. Demonstrated track of establishing visions for enterprise-wide programs/products and driving delivery using SMART OKRs. Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into an actionable product roadmap* Data storage. Expertise in designing, implementing and operating distributed data stores (relational, non-relational, key-value, graph) and warehousing systems, especially leveraging public cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Aurora, RDS, Neptune, Redshift).* Data processing. Expertise in implementing and leveraging data transport technologies (batch or streaming ETL/ELT including Apache Kafka, Airflow) and data processing platforms (Apache Hadoop, Spark, Pig, Hive, Impala, Presto/Trino)* Data BI. Expertise in building business intelligence solutions for accessing data, including developing custom web-platforms for visualization or leveraging commercial technologies such as Tableau, Salesforce Einstein Analytics.* Engineering excellence. Deep experience in operating with engineering excellence scrutiny, including setting engineering operational and functional metrics and continuously monitoring them to uplift your org''s practices.* Agile. Prior experience leading teams using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)* Prior experience building security products on private or public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)* Top notch written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership, participating in the sales cycle, and handling sensitive customer escalations* Experience working and delivering product or services in an agile/lean environmentDesired Skills/Experience* Public Cloud. Experience in delivering solutions in public cloud platforms, such as AWS, GCP, Azure or Alibaba, and solid knowledge of the public cloud technologies.* Security awareness. Solid fundamentals in security basics (IAM, Data Protection, PKI, Network Security). Expertise implementing and operating vulnerability management solutions for applications and infrastructure is a plus.* Data analytics. Demonstrated ability of implementing data models and data analysis flows, including ML/AI workflows.* Strong knowledge in security fundamentals: authentication/authorization frameworks (e.g., SSO, SAML, Oauth), secure transport (e.g., SSL, TLS), identity management (e.g., certificates, PKI), vulnerability management* Knowledge of vulnerability management solutions, and its related processes and procedures in all phases of SSDL (design, code, runtime). Familiarity using dynamic scanning tools for both cloud and on-prem scenarios (Qualys, Nessus, Rapid7, etc) and static analysis tools (Checkmarx, NexusIQ, Coverity, Snyk, Clair, etc).* Government space experience.
