Class A CDL Driver

Job DescriptionSaia LTL Freight is currently recruiting for Local City Drivers and Line Haul Drivers. Our Local City Drivers operate various tractor-trailer combinations between company terminals and customer facilities or work sites within the terminals geographic service area. They will sort, handle, load, and/or unload freight at various companies and customer locations. Our Local City Drivers are home on a daily basis.Our Line Haul Drivers operate various tractor-trailer combinations for extended periods of time, over long distances, between company terminals or yards, company facilities and customer facilities or work sites to pick up, transport, and deliver freight. About 89% of our Line Haul Divers have set runs and average about 2,300 to 2,600 miles per week. Our Line Haul Drivers are home most days of the week.Job Requirements21 years of age or olderCurrent Class A CDL1 year tractor trailer experience with some experience in the last 24 monthsDoubles/Triples, Hazmat, and Tankers endorsements
