Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search for Appointment Setters in the city of Irvine, CA. This is a possible temporary-to-hire opportunity. As an Appointment Setter you will working in a call center environment making outbound calls. Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below! Responsibilities for this Appointment Setter role include: Makes outbound cold calls and sends e-mails to Businesses to Business prospects to promote services. • Utilize a customer relationship management (CRM) software to qualify leads. • Work closely with marketing on sales campaigns and lead generation. • Follow a script • Training will be provided Qualifications: • Excellent interpersonal skills. 1 year or more of Sales or customer Service experience • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to organize and prioritize work • Ability to maintain professional relationship with customers and vendors Schedule is Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
