Property Administrator with Security Clearance

Job Title: Property Administrator Location(s): Huntsville, AL Hours: Regular Full-Time NOTE- Potential sign on bonus available Clearance Requirements: This position requires a current and active Secret clearance at the time of application. What you will be doing: * Maintaining records of all Government Furnished Property (GFP) using an approved property management system. * Recording newly received equipment and disposing of obsolete or nonoperational equipment in accordance with Federal Government rules and regulations. * Proposing, developing, and preparing policy materials, operations manuals, and supporting instructions as applicable to ensure property use, maintenance, and security of government property Position Requirements Minimum Requirements: Experience: * Four (4) + years of experience maintaining property records for a Federal Government contract; experience maintaining property records as a Commissioned, Warrant or Non-Commissioned property officer is also acceptable.
