What You Will Be Doing: Tyto is searching for an on-site Technical Quality Assurance/Quality Control Lead (QA/QC) for a complex, multi-year contract to modernize mission-critical DoD IT networks across several sites. The Technical QA/QC Lead reports to the Program Manager and directly reports to the Quality Assurance Director. The QA/QC Lead is focused on process outputs and project deliverables. The project deliverables include all QA/QC aspects of the engineering, furnishing, installation, securing, and testing efforts including but not limited to: Outside Plant (OSP), Inside Plant (ISP), Wide Area, Campus Area, and Local Area Networks, Audio Visual (AV)/Video Teleconferencing (VTC), Voice-Over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Wireless (WLAN and point-to-point), and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). The QA/QC Lead will take a project from engineering through installation, securing, testing, and Government Acceptance; ensuring client requirements are met. The QA/QC Lead will be the main point of contact for all QA/QC-related issues. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Manages the integration of vendor/subcontractor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. Who You Are: * Leads QA/QC in the design, development, integration, evaluation, and test of complex communications networks. * Develops and implements QA/QC plans, performs audits and inspections, plans and implements metrics programs. * Development of safety plans and responsible for delivery of all safety deliverables. * Responsible for day-to-day coordination and administration of tasks by ensuring quality and productivity standards are maintained while meeting client requirements and schedules. Coordinate with other contract and subcontract personnel to ensure work moves smoothly from one functional area to another. * Leads and applies processes and procedures to support project quality assurance objectives among all integrated product teams and working groups. * Works with quality assurance resources to create test plans and ensure that issues are properly assigned, fixed, and regressed. Communicates daily regarding project status with appropriate team members * Adheres to and creates processes and procedures that follow ISO 9001 and CMMI guidelines. * Ensures that all work products meet or exceed customer requirements in a cost-effective manner. * Facilitates project lessons learned activities to emphasize process and product improvements. Who You Are: Minimum Requirements * Minimum of an Active DOD Secret Clearance required. * A Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Management or equivalent experience. * Recommend five (5) years of experience performing QA/QC duties for network modernization work or system projects of similar scope and complexity (including OSP/ISP installation). * Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional certification. * Must be knowledgeable in the application of ISO 9001:2015. * Must be knowledgeable with Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) requirements * Previous experience with general safety oversight. * OSHA 30 Construction Certified Safety Officer certification * Professional attitude with the ability to interact with executives and customers at all levels. * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. * Excellent verbal and written communications skills. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.
