Overview LMI is seeking a skilled Management Consultant in support of an IC wide intelligence publication for a client based out McLean, VA. A successful candidate demonstrates competency in Customer Engagment, Strategic Communications, and Data Analytics, while upholding the highest standard of ethical behavior. Officer will serve as a liaison between the intelligence production team, the intelligence consumers, and IT processes/web developers to support customer experience. Responsibilities Responsibilities may include: * Customer outreach and engagement * Managing and leading consulting projects and initiatives * Metrics tracking and analysis * Process improvement * Familiarity with Information Technology and the ability to liaise with web developers * Developing and implementing strategies and plans; developing project deliverables, conducting analysis, and responding to client requests * Supporting project management, logistics, and communication activities * Supporting proposal and business development efforts as needed * Building client relationships * Building LMI relationships Qualifications MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or other related discipline * Minimum of 2 years of work experience * Interest in both strategy and execution * Interest in supporting intelligence products and dissemination processes * Ability to work, at times, with multiple ambiguous projects * Ability to navigate complex organizations across USG partners * Significant understanding of project management fundamentals and ability to work within project constraints * Advanced Microsoft Office skills, e.g., MS Word, PPT, Excel and Outlook and ability to build polished client deliverables * Excellent analytical, problem solving, and presentation skills * Excellent customer relationship management skills * This position requires an active security clearance at the TS/SCI level with Polygraph. You must be a US citizen.
