Description SITE SUPERVISOR (FRCSE-22-1003-W): Bowhead seeks Site Supervisors to support our Fleet Readiness Center Aviation (FRC) Aviation Support Equipment (ASE), Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Services proposal effort. The Site Supervisor will directly supervise and coordinate the activities of mechanics, installers, and repairers. May also advise customers on recommended services. We are looking for Site supervisors in FL, SC, NC, VA, TX, LA, CA and MD. Supervise and perform diagnosing, rebuilding, restoration, and repair of aviation support equipment per the maintenance support requirements. Enters documentation of maintenance in NALCOMIS (VIDS/MAFs). Coordinate with Senior Maintenance Controller. Supervises all Contractor SE maintenance actions. Perform CDI functions. Requirements Shall have a minimum of 5 years, in the last 10 years, in level II aviation support equipment repair and Aviation Quality Assurance Collateral Duty Inspector. Bachelors Degree required Shall be SE Tire and Wheel certified. Shall have demonstrated maintenance knowledge, experience, and working level skills/ability in: a. CNAFINST 4790.2. b. Aviation support equipment maintenance processes. c. SE licensing and certification requirements. Physical Demands: • Must be able to lift up to 5 pounds • Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time • Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Top Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Top Secret clearance at this location.
