Cybermedia Technologies (CTEC) is a CMMI Level III company that has provided technology and management solutions to commercial and government clients across the USA for 25 years. We are currently looking for a Program Manager (with IT Background) to join our team. Minimum requirements • Bachelor''s degree (or higher-level degree) with expertise in program/project management, business management, or related discipline• 10 years of demonstrated portfolio, program and project management experience• Five (5) years of DoD experience• Five (5) years of demonstrated experience with the Defense Acquisition System and supporting DoD acquisition programs• Five (5) years of demonstrated experience with the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes• Five (5) years of demonstrated experience supporting a Federal Acquisition office/organization• Five (5) years of demonstrated intermediate knowledge of PM documentation (e.g., project management plan, project schedule, and standard operating procedure Specific job responsibilities • Must have a strong IT background• Able to communicate status and present briefings to a variety of audiences• Liaise with contracts, acquisition, and mission teams to determine pricing and service descriptions• Collaborate with acquisition, contracts, and mission to provide acquisition services• Collect requirements from multiple offices, validate them, and document them to track the requirements• Manage schedules and releases• Support contract forecast and planning for 2023• Supporting with the contract writing and financial system• Looking at error reports and train folks to reduce the number of errors• Supporting any other ad hoc tasks as required Work Location: full remote currently/ Quantico, VA depends on COVID situation*Must have an active Secret Clearance
