Category Information TechnologyUS-MN-RamseyOverview:We have a rare opening for an early-career IT Systems Analyst to join our technology team. This position is responsible for researching problems, planning solutions, recommending software and systems at the functional level, and coordinating development to meet business needs. In this role you will act as the liaison between the application vendors and other IT resources, assist with patching and feature fixes, and testing for upgrades. At times you will also assist departments in developing business processes and documentation of those new processes. You may also be responsible for coding integration and solutions for break fixes, updates and upgrades. Our talented and friendly staff focuses on achieving our mission of providing the highest quality service at the lowest possible price.Key Responsibilities & Results: Provide systems support for various applications, including determining root cause and issue resolution, report development, and providing training and aids to end users. Develop expertise in various business applications and their functioning, provide configuration changes, and develop relationships with software vendors. Research and plan for the application of software patches and implement revision-level upgrades to maintain software reliability and vendor support. This work includes planning testing requirements and coordinating user testing and acceptance. Lead projects for software upgrades and implementations, including identifying business and process requirements and coordinating the change with departments and other technology department resources involved. Create integrations and system accentuations. Responsible for developing code, managing and trouble shooting the integrations, and documenting business processes. PM20Required Talents, Skills, Expertise, Education: Bachelor''s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field and 1 year or more experience with System Support or System Analysis experience, or Associates degree with two+ years or more of System Support or System Analysis experience Able to create and troubleshooting scripts in one or more languages. Basic skill with SQL Able to support and troubleshoot systems Able to develop reports Ability to analyze and solve problems and make independent decisions Able to interface and work collaboratively with other stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and communicate information and ideas clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing Able to complete projects timely and efficiently, with commitment to meeting agreed upon deliverables Preferred Talents, Skills, Expertise, Education: Skilled in service oriented architecture and business process enhancement/improvement Understanding of relational databases and software development lifecycle (SDLC) Experience with Windows client server environments and scripting Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, Visio, and PowerPoint Experience with PowerBI Knowledge with IIS webservices and multi-speak language Ability to write unique queries Experience with Project Management Experience with business analysis and requirements gathering PI189524458
