Join our client and be part of a diverse and enthusiastic team who is supporting our customer''s critical mission. We are searching for dedicated individuals to join one of new and expanding programs. Our client s is seeking candidates with desktop support experience to staff the EUC mission. The staff will provide HQ Tier 2 desktop support Monday through Friday between the core hours (07:00 - 17:00 EST) to customers located at both 500 C. Street and 400 C. Street SW, Washington DC. The Staff will work 8 hours shift daily. The staff shall receive escalated incidents as prioritized by the Government EUC manager, according to defined criteria.They shall assist EUC users by responding to escalated tickets for the following types of support requests:• Assist customers, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate technical support• Review malfunctioning computing devices and/or associated hardware to isolate defective parts or determine whether inappropriate logical configurations are causing malfunctions• Re-image and encrypt laptop computers.• Deploy new and replace broken or outdated hardware: printers, scanners, faxes, smartphones• Remediation of unresolved patches and corrupt software installations• Workstation/Laptop Hardware - Configuration Management Support• Software and application support
