KBR is seeking an Acquisition Analyst with an understanding Acquisition Prototyping to support the Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO). The RCCTO leadership reports to a Board of Directors (BoD) led by the Secretary of the Army, and including the Chief of Staff of the Army, Under Secretary of the Army, Vice Chief of Staff of the Army, Army Acquisition Executive, and the Commander of Army Futures Command. RCCTO provides expertise not solely focused on materiel; it seeks to provide holistic solutions that inform the Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities and Policy (DOTMLPF) impacts of implementing new capabilities within the operational Army. Analyst will support the RCCTO in prototyping, acquisition program management principles, techniques, requirements, methods and practices to carry out regular and recurring assignments in support of planning, organizing and managing acquisition. Prototyping efforts include Hybrid Electric Bradley, JLTV, HMMWV. Additional experience expected with Cyber Security acquisition efforts and incorporation into acquisition lifecycle. Analyst must have solid knowledge of prototyping policies, methods and techniques. Duties will include: * Maintain situational awareness of organizational prototyping and Acquisition related policies.* Assess/analyze current acquisition related efforts and policies and make recommendations acquisition related assessments.* Conducting analytical and evaluation processes to assess capability in meeting customer or project requirements.* Facilitating working groups and or acquisition planning efforts to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support customer efforts.* Gathering and analyzing a variety of acquisition program information; will plan, organize, integrate and manage a variety of acquisition functions in providing program support.* Making make sound judgments concerning prototyping and acquisition program activities and progress.* Supporting government actions in executing contracting principles, policies and procedures.* Execute staff actions and assigned taskings to support RCCTO efforts; Prepare and manage internal/external taskings to stakeholders via task management systems (i.e.: TMT)* Prepares written products (reports, info papers, presentations, and executive summaries) to shape and defend RCCTO positions; prepare and present briefings to leadership and stakeholders.* Represent the RCCTO in Acquisition related forums.* Oral and written communication skill with proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).* Answer requests for information from legislature (e.g. Congress) and stakeholders. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor''s Degree in business administration, accounting, marketing, finance, economics or equivalent experience required (Master''s Degree preferred)* DAWIA Level III Program Management or Contracting preferred* 8-10 years of related work experience* Secret level security clearance is required. Top Secret is preferred.
