The Main Responsibilities• Oversees all functions dealing with managing Government property.• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of FAR requirements, industry practices and applications• Ensures Government-approved procedures are adhered to, and all supporting documentation is maintained. • Ensures procedural documents for Government and Lumen are updated as required and develops new process and procedures, as needed.• Supervises Lumen Property Management team. • Provides training to internal and external team members on property management procedures.• Ensures all Government deliverables (procedures, quarterly reports, audit documentation, etc) are prepared accurately and delivered on-time to Government customers.• Provides monthly and quarterly reports to the Government and senior management.• Interfaces with Government auditors during audits and as needed.• Provide property guidance on new business proposals. Salary RangeSalary Min : 85230Salary Max : 189360This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
