Program Control Analyst with Security Clearance

LinQuest has an opening in Herndon, VA for a Program Control Analyst. You willWork closely with USG client on the creation of enterprise spend plans, proposerecommendations and assess impacts of program performance and programs against plans. You will provide recommendations on compliance to policies, controls, data management, andperformance measures. Requirements: * Bachelor''s in engineering, Math, Finance, or Business* Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance* 5-10 year of experience support business analytics to include financial management, decision making, and program evaluations* Experience working with Tableau* Ability to present and work within a team environment* Experience performing budget planning activities with knowledge of NRO financial tools is a plusPreferred Skills and Experience: * Tableau Certified Data Analyst Certifications* Working knowledge of NRO tolls, to include Financial Information Requirements Tool (FIRsT); NEXT* NRO Enterprise Application of Reports (NFIS) and excel spreadsheets with the ability to integration* Various data sets into a consolidated and coherent financial productCOVID-19 Compliance Guidelines: As a federal contractor, all LinQuest team members may be required to comply with Executive Order 14042- Ensuring Adequate COVID Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors, which may include mandatory vaccination and ability to provide proof of vaccination status prior to start of employment.
