All current and newly hired employees are required to follow onsite safety measures based upon the COVID-19 Community Level at the specific work location.Description:The selected candidate will join the Corporate Classified Cybersecurity Team and help shape the future of classified cybersecurity operations across the Enterprise. As lead Integrator, the selected candidate will manage a small team of integrators responsible for supporting leadership on all Classified Cybersecurity programs and initiatives (LMSPAN), ensuring strategic and operational aspects are coordinated, communicated, and managed across the enterprise. Performs in individual and team roles engaging with relevant Program Managers, IT support teams, and Cybersecurity personnel to coordinate and integrate enterprise solutions. Provides support in managing schedule and logistics associated with program development, integration, and operations. Leads the coordination and management of tasks, schedules, and meetings as required. Provides administrative support for Classified Cybersecurity Project SharePoint, Website, and Confluence resources. Creates, compiles presentations, reports, and metrics as required. This position requires applicants to have a final Secret security clearance with a background investigation performed within the last six years. This position also requires an enhanced security review in accordance with Government contract requirements and it is a condition of employment that individuals hired into positions requiring program clearance obtain and maintain such clearance within sufficient time to allow Lockheed Martin to meet its business needs.Basic Qualifications:- In-depth knowledge of Lockheed Martin policies and procedures - Demonstrated understanding of project management and operations - Proven experience as program coordinator or relevant position- Knowledge of program management and development procedures- Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office suite- Excellent time-management and organizational skills- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills- Detail-oriented and efficientDesired Skills:- Experience supporting dynamic and fast passed Programs - Demonstrated management of a dynamic team environment with multiple functional areas - Creativity and strategic planning experience- Knowledge of LMSecurity processes and tools- Experience operating within classified spacesBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.Qualifications Lockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
