This includes financial (budget) and organizational objectivesCreate and present business reviews for senior executives, key internal customers, and other stakeholdersMentor, lead, and inspire management team. Ensures they have the resources needed to optimally drive performance. Assess, manage, and resolve problematic developments and situations.Embrace, share and integrate the company''s strategyFacilitate improvements of processes and identification of enabling technologies and governanceCollaborate with internal stakeholders to work with customers to identify needs, evaluate and present opportunities and assist with navigating the decision processLocation: Fort Worth Remote/Office Location/Hybrid: HybridEmployment Type: Full TimeAbout the roleAs a part of Shared Business Services, the Director of Accounts Receivables is responsible for the planning, organizing, and directing of the organization''s account management, billing and collections process, as operations and programs. This role develops and implements consistent policies, procedures, and operational reporting/metrics that line up with global shared business services, while ensuring the Americas market needs are appropriately protected. They oversee and report on the company results for senior management and extended stakeholders. Ensures company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated.
