Description Mid Engineer/Systems Analysts: Workforce Development (WFD) Lead Instructors San Diego, CA Responsibilities: Orbis Sibro, Inc. is preparing to bid on a Professional Support Services contract in support of the Deputy Commander for Surface Warfare, SEA 21, Naval Sea Systems Command. Under this contract, the Navy requires Fleet Readiness support for Commander, Navy Regional Maintenance Center (CNRMC), its subordinate Regional Maintenance Centers (RMCs), SEA 21 Directorates and Surface Team One (ST1) in the following task areas: CNRMC Support: * Program Management Support * Engineering/Technical Support * Waterfront Operations Support * Contracts Governance and Policy Support * Logistics Support * Budget/Financial Support * Port Workload, Port Rates and Metrics Analysis * Corporate Operations Support * Administrative Support * Information Technology Support ST1 Support: * Program Management and Executive Steering Committee (ESC) Support * Knowledge Sharing Network (KSN), Community of Practice (CoP), and Forum Support ORBIS is accepting applications for SME Lead instructors in the following areas: * Project Support Engineer (PSE) * Integrated Test Engineer (ITE), * Assessment Director (AD) Requirements: * High School Diploma * Must be a US Citizen with Secret Security Clearance * Minimum 10 years'' experience with Navy Surface Ship Repair and Modernization * Minimum 10 years'' experience with Regional Maintenance Center Project Team Roles and Responsibilities * Minimum of 5 years'' experience delivering classroom instruction. * Minimum 10 years of experience gained because of in-depth experience and specialized knowledge in the related Project Team Role.
