Essential Duties & Responsibilities Role Overview: FTC is seeking a talented Programmer / Scripter to support the Data Analytics Branch at Defense Intelligence Agency''s Deputy Director for Global Integration (DDGI). Responsibilities: * Design and code supporting computer scripts in support of data analytics and software development* Design code/scripts that will control and improve data processing, access time, device allocation, validation checks, organization, protection and security, documentation, and statistical methods* Maintain and support database dictionaries, overall monitoring of standards and procedures, and integration of systems through database designRequired Skills & Experience * Experience writing and troubleshooting software code in one of the following computer programming languages: C, R, Java, Python, Ruby, SQL, HTML* Ability to learn and apply other programming languages as needed on a project to maintain custom-built softwareProfessional Certification(s): Security+ Formal Education: Bachelor''s Degree or higher Years of Professional Experience: 10+ Desired Skills & Experience * Experience with military service, combatant command, or Joint Chief of Staff planning activities is preferred* Experience advising and analyzing large data sets in support of strategic planning* Experience with data-driven decision-making* Experience working in DIAProfessional Certification(s): N/A Formal Education: N/A Years of Professional Experience: N/A Additional Information: Favor TechConsulting (FTC) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
